weird stuff going on with my android phone..

i have a defy [unrooted] phone.. and when i create a folder on USB mode.. the folder i created disappears when reconnecting it
again.. alto the folder itself created can be seen from the phone itself... however on windows explorer [show all files] the folder is not there...

anyone had this problem?!
