Could anyone help me? It's probably a stupid question: I've downloaded the Endomondo Pro app, but it's a zip file. When I unpack the file I don't find any .apk files, but a lot of files like: AndroidManifest.xml and folders like [res] and [assets]. What do I do with them? I thought only .apk files could be installed.
Thanks,
Sander

rename the file extension to .apk instead of .zip.

Wherever you downloaded the file from the site might not have supported the use of apk's so the uploader changed the file extension to .zip to get around it.

That answer was very helpfull as I have encountered quite a few posts like that and I couldn't install them.
Maybe this could be posted as a "please readme"
