hey guys, i'm currently looking for two sofwares or maybe all in one

1) an appz which i can time the message to be send on.

2) an appz which i can filters calls and messages.
for example: when I sleep, i put the phone on silent on mode. I dont want anybody to reach me except a specify number(phone rings upon call or receiving sms from that specify number).
