I used to use Appbrain which would check all apps installed and tell me if there were any updates available.

This worked well for pirated apps, as you lose the android market update checker. Appbrain has since let me down and doesn't work as well, is there anything out there that can check all apps and tell you if there are any updates available?

Mobilism Market has the feature but it cant check all apps.
