I really need a good email app. I don't like the stock gmail app because it doesnt automatically sync the emails and i have to sync it myself. (Yes I know I can turn sync on in phone settings but that just drains my battery). I am currently using K9 but I don't really like it. I just want an email app that doesnt require syncing to get my emails. If there are none then I'd like to hear your guys opinions on the best email apps.

K-9 Mail is one of the best Android application you can find. The best part of it is that it is an open source email client for Android and hence its free.

I still use the intern gmail-app. Why? Maybe i'm lazy enough. I forwarded all my mails to one gmail-account. Reason: I've seen no better spamfilter. Also the webpanel is damn nice - i've never had any client at my PC. It was never a reason to install one, because gmail gave/gives me all i need. Dunno, i love gmail.

greetings

Kaiten Mail has gotten some rave reviews, probably because it's based on K9 Mail, costs money, and theoretically works better. But yeah, GMail is the only app that seems to sync properly with, well, itself.
