Discuss Android apps here.

GETAPK.TK
is one of the last, REAL (!) directdownload-sites in the whole wide web!
I don't use any sharehosters or another 2nd site. All files are the 1998 styled "Click & download":

Summary:

~190 apps, including keyfiles today, are waiting for you to test them (July 26th 2012).

  • No login system - You won't have to login to download.
  • Plain .apk-files - No unnecessary bloating of downloads.
  • No ads - Find downloads quick, efficient and secure.
  • Good download speed - The apps are quick downloaded because there is no restriction in speed.
  • No wait & download restriction - No wait time, so you can download what, whenever and all you want, immediately.
  • All apps at one page - Just use your built in search from your browser to find what you want. Sortable by name, size or last change date.
  • All apps with version number and well named - Quickly check: Installed or not? Got it in the past? Easily answered.
  • An easy to remember address - Well, you don't have to write down a long url.
  • All apps are 100% clean, guaranteed.

If an application is not working, because it depends due an incompatibility by your mobile phone - please be patient. Just look at the market, if you can install your preferred app or not. It's indicated at the left upper side. Sure, you can try it - maybe it will work.

You can reach my backups under the following address:

http://getapk.tk

If you have problems with your phone, try the mobile view from Google:

Some some informations:
• If an application got LPR at the end of the name (after the version, e.g. 2.0_LPR.apk), Lucky Patcher is required to run the application (if you didn't purchased it).
• Camera360 Ultimate 3.0 is removed & replaced by 2.7. Reason: Many problems like "no autorotation" in 3.0. Also this app is freeware now. So until the 3.0 get's a fix, the 2.7 will remain at my backup.

Question: What will you (MickyFoley) get?
Answer: Nothing. Because hobbies don't have to be paid in this case :D.

Question: But i will thank you with something!
Answer: Just leave a short message here in this thread. Search the releaser here in the board and click at the "Thank you"-button.

Question: Why can you guarantee, that all apps are 100% clean?
Answer: I test & check 99% of all apps by myself, before i'll share them. Also the apps are mostly from here & well known releasers.

Question: An app is not working, really! I checked it at least twice!
Answer: I have to apology. Did you try to install the freeware-version (if it exists) on the market or Lucky Patcher (can also be found at my backups)? If yes, contact me here at mobilism or at Image.

Question: You missed an update. I saw it here in the forum.
Answer: Please contact me here at mobilism or at Image. I'll upload it after it passes my securitychecks. Also please be patient, because the project is growing and at this time, there are ~190 apps i have to check for updates :).

Question: Could you upload an app from here? I can't download it.
Answer: Well, if the app is not that bad and i maybe have a personal use for it: Maybe. Just contact me (see the FAQ before).

Always think: No developers, no new updates at all. Also no new good apps for you. So if you like them, buy them. You don't have access to the market? Well, then it's fine. Your country is the bad person, not granting you to be legal. Last but not least: Some developers just don't deserve to be supported by you. But you'll know it, until you read here in the board. Some are also deleting files at your phone, without your permission for it with the laughable reason, that you're pirating (!!!) his/her app. Such files won't ever find a place at my archive and if, they will get removed immediately, after i see such methods. So: Good developers, buy the app if you can (If you look for cheap apps, wait until they go for sale. Nice helper: https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... s.appsales). Bad developers: Report them to me, if you know one & i have his app at my archive. Thanks.

@primetech: I don't do the work for uploading them first - so all WRZ belongs to the first uploader and/or cracker. This thing a backup-place for me first - if somebody finds useable apps for him too: fine :). Let me say it again: I don't do this for WRZ - it's for the community that gives me everyday (!) apps i normaly have to pay for. So it's (in my opinion) just logical, to give something back.
But nice to hear, that you like it :D.

Edit: Just for clearance: WRZ & stealing work from others... mirrors are fine - sure. But geeting WRZ for them? Seriously? No. I'm against that. It should be everytime clear, WHO MADE THE APP, and WHO UPLOADED/CRACKED the app (it there is any need for).

I'm oldschooled at this. If somebody want's to crack something & share it: fine. Money/Credits for it? Max. virtual credits. But money? I'm too old and was a cracker (i'll not say in which group) for games and applications. I know, how hard it could be to do something, that at least works for everybody. Our group never thought about money for releasing. We did is, because we had fun to enjoy other people. People, which maybe not had the money for buying it. We lived the "NEVER SELL WAREZ - SUPPORT THE DEVELOPERS" or "...- IF YOU LIKE THIS, BUY IT" headline.

But sadly, that seems to be forgotten today...

Slight update:

Added mime for .apk - Browsers under ICS (Android 4.0) sometimes failing to download & downloading .apk-files as .zip.

For anyone interested:

.htaccess
Code: Select alladdtype application/vnd.android.package-archive

Have to apology, because i missed to update the apps since ~14 days. The reason is simple: I have to sort some things out at my real life. But now, after 2hours of checking & updating, the site is up2date now :).

Thread cleaned too :).
