I have a really old version of Swype - 2.28.70.19880.148OXF and I want a new one (not necessarily 3, but newer 2). Tried with Swype Installer, but I can't, because Swype's pre-installed in my phone :(. Please tell me how to do this :)

Yes, I have seen this, by rooting a device, but my question is how to update on Not-Rooted device? I've heard something about OTA updates, but I don't know what this is (first Android phone lol)

OTA? Sadly, no. If you got swype preinstalled at your phone, you have to be rooted. Without root, there will be no chance to update, because it's declared as a system-app.
