Can someone recommend a good chat app ? I used some of them that I could find, some are good but alot of them are full of pervs and racists. I like SKOUT but the lack of chat rooms make me want more.

IRC... at times. You also have to know exactly where you want to go before you try to get there...
Yahoo has Groups, but unless you use a fake account you could be spammed for life.
