I installed a cracked application.
I wanted to uninstall it to install a paid version
No I'm not crazy
But when I delete the application in my HTC, in the market as it is still installed. So I can not buy it.
I watch with Titanium Backup to force the application link with the market, but it does not work :(
Thank you in advance for your aid ;)

Same here :( .

I did this quiet often in the past. Whenever I was interested in an app I first tried the cracked one. Then, if I found it worth it's money I bought.

Today I tried the same. Uninstalled the cracked one but market says I've already bought so I can't buy it and - of course - can't download. My first suggestion, it might has to do with the new fancy stupid "play" market update... not sure though.

I keep searching for a solution. If any of you guys got one, please let me know :)

lg,

macco

There are only 2 ways:

Gingerbread (2.x): Just uninstall the market-update and open the old market. You should be able to buy the app.
Ice Cream Sandwich (4.x): Maybe the above fix works too, but i suppose, the new market is implanted there. So you're used to have a rooted phone. Find the old market (vending.apk), backup the existing one with Root Explorer and copy over the old vending.apk to the /system/ directory. After that, open the old market and buy the app. Normally, the market gets an update immediately, so you have to remove the market-update (just normally like you uninstall an app) and start again with the old market, if you have this problem again in future.

I know, it's a bit annoying, but it's a well known bug, a google-employee responded. At this time, it is not possible to remove an app from the market-history, so your only chances are, you follow the steps above. None other will help, trust me.

greetings
