I just upgraded to ICS 2 days ago, and I'm not happy with it. Not looking forward for another upgrade unless it comes with the launcher.

Yeah I just did as well. I like the style of everything. Just it seems like there's glitches n it. Seem like that to you? When I go online it flickers...
