I just recently update my device (NEXUS S) to the official firmware 4.1 jellybean, since then any app that needs root-access doesn't work and also either the superuser app doesn't.
I was on a custom ICS before the update, and the steps i followed to update to the official jellybean was:

1 i restored my device with clockwork recovery to my first backup official ROM.

2. then through the settings i updated my device to the official ICS and then to the official jellybean.

apps like market enabler, or lucky patcher doesn't work since then, on superuser i'm trying to update the su binary but i'm getting always an error message when the app trying to have root access. My phone was rooted since i bought it, in use with the first original rom.

Any Help?
