Hi
I am looking for a truly offline Calendar app. On launching Android for the first time and trying to get to the Calendar app, the only option available seems to be either use Exchange server or Google Accounts. I realize that there are some Manufacturers who allow you to use calendar off the box. But the default android option seems to use the above two situations.
So the question is is there a truly offline calendar available?

You can use Calengoo, it can use it's own calendar database (as well as sync with google).

Thank you for the prompt update. Calengoo uses its own Calendar files (or db I am not sure). I was trying to see if I can use a completely local calendar. I am looking for something similar to this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthr ... ?t=1871053 but on older version of android (froyo/gingerbread).
