I'm not sure whether this is the place to post this but I have just found out that Lucky Patcher works on Eurosport Player app. In the patch menu just choose the in app or LVL emulation, leaving the top 2 ticked. Wait for it to patch it and then launch the app. Setup an account with Eurosport and press to pay with Google Play. Done!
I've done it for 2 months now. I know I haven't been billed because the old gmail account I used doesn't have a debit card attached to it.
