Oke 1 month in and here's some reviews of games I've checked out
Grave defense HD: 8/10, good tower game. Great graphs and well balanced, only thing is I got stuck at the level the village, but ill blame that on my own incompetence.
Tank Hero: 6/10, again good graphs and the touch system works fine. The only problem I have is that you have to touch the screen to shoot and the tanks are rather small, so when you put your finger on the screen you basically lose all sight of where the enemy is, hence the 6/10.
Dragon hunter: 7/10, Shooting down dragons while upgrading your castle. Good fun for a few hours but after that it just gets too repetetive. Theoretically you could go on playing this for a while, but I got tired of swiping my screen to shoot arrows, mostly because it can take up to 5 swipes to kill 1 dragon and there's a lot of em on the higher levels.
Alchemy, I'm not going to rate this since multiple people have pointed out there are better versions of this game out there such as Doodlegod
Megajump: 5/10 Basically you jump up in the sky and have to keep ascending by collecting coins and power ups, you steer your character by moving your phone. Now this is a free game so you could just get this from the market, the annoying thing however is that to unlock levels or upgrades you have to play quite a big amount of time. Of course they offer you the option to buy these power ups of levels for money, which personally instantly kills a game for me.
Robotek HD: 8/10 A good turn based game where you battle another robot and decide the power of your attack with a slot machine system, awesome graphics. Now this game does offer you to purchase power ups with money, but it is you can definitely finish the game without doing so. The main down side of this game is that once you figure out a successful strategy you can just keep repeating this over and over, making it repetitive. This is also a free game and you can just get it off the market.
Pumpkins versus monsters. 6/10 You've got a garden where pumpkins pop up and you've got to group them by color and then shoot them up at the incoming monsters before they reach your garden. Liked it at first but then got really annoyed at the control system, you've got to slide the pumpkins with your finger and the screen doesn't always register your movements right which results in pumpkins going in the wrong direction and losing you battles.
Pinball: 7/10 Does what you'd expect of a pinball game, nothing much to say.
Zenonia 2: 8/10 Now this is a really good RPG with an onscreen joy pad that you can enlarge to make it easier to control your character. Great graphics, somewhat tedious story, but hey what RPG doesn't? If you like RPG's this is a good start and will keep you entertained for 20+ hours.
Gem Miner: 8/10 I love a good mining game, all you have to do is dig deeper and deeper to get at the more valuable minerals so you can buy upgrades to stay under longer etc. I would have given this a 9 or even 10 out of 10 if I didn't reach the bottom of the map within 4 or 5 hours. You could always up the difficulty level which theoretically should stretch it out to a few hours more, but once you've reached the bottom once it just loses it's fun. It is a game that still gets updated though, so maybe it'll get bigger eventually.
Paradise island: 8/10 A bit like roller coaster tycoon but instead of building a theme park you're building a holiday island. Now this game has two currencies, regular dollars and a currency you can only get by buying it or there a two types of buildings that produce them at a very, very slow rate. Now I'd dislike that previous fact if it wasn't for the two buildings that generate the alternative currency. It's not a game you play for a few hours straight, but more a micromanagement type of game.
Well that's it for now, if I check out more games I'll post more reviews. Also If people have any more tips please post them. Cheers
