Yes, I am a die hard fan of Chivas, not only the best soccer team in Mexico, but also one of the most popular clubs throughout the world.

I installed this just fine with my Mogul... the only problem I am running into is that if i make a call there is no sound... it'll start recording automatically as it should and records a file, but there is no sound. I removed it and the sound came back. Anyone else using this program with the Mogul?

they are made by different ccompanies. Theoretically they are supposed to do basically the same thing; atleast its most important feature, which is to record calls. If you read through the threads of both apps, you find out both their pros and cons.
My personal opinion, you cant go wrong with either app you choose. They both have similar deficienicies and similar positives

for those who are installing this to record phone calls >> most Windows Mobile / PPC devices do not support recording of the other end. You can only achieve a "rough" recording of the whole conversation using speaker phone. It's not the software's fault, it's just how our PPC's are designed. No software will be able to produce a true recording of the whole conversation.

For each who has problems installing this product, first of all, use this soft to uninstall completely the previous version or bad installations.
It works with any Resco software.

Yup same thing here... Even worse, after having the call recording off, it would disable the system sounds for everything and only a soft reset would fix it for a few minutes then it would happen again after a call.

Did you try to untick the "live monitoring" option?
Perhaps that could help.

Didn't see that option but o-well now, I uninstalled it because I needed It for call recording but since WM devices cant do that it useless to me because I don't take audio notes...
