Noise Tracker v1.1 (freeware)
Requirements: WM5, WM6, WM6.1
Overview: Noise Tracker measures the loudness by taking an audio sample and calculating its mean average. The black bars are the mean values and the current wave is drawn in blue. Don't know yet what a real use case for this app could be. Anyway, hope someone will find it useful. Tested on a wm6 prof. device.
With 'Scale' the bars drawing height of the bars can be changed.
With 'Rate (ms)' the length (in milliseconds) of the audio sample can be changed.
