ehm .... I have some problems with it .... it does not run properly, and has been closed by windows itself.

The KeyGen works fine, except the name input takes a bit of 'experimenting'.
For e.g. my user-name is Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx X.X. but only a serial generated from Xxxxx X.X. works. In fact it is the same serial as the one for v3.22 only installing 3.31 over forces a re-input of the same serial.

I have in my Device Serial Number "Douglas A Smith" But the Keygen calculate an invalid Key!

I have "name surname" as my user name and the keygen doesn't work for this.

You must change your name (name surename) to only name (or nick) into your device. That works fine.
