I am thinking of physical external card. Thank you for your reply.KirIif` wrote:Sakkor wrote:Can the dictionary files be moved to the SD card?
It depends on what you mean by SD card.
If you`re thinking of a physical card that you have installed on your device, the answer is no.
This would require more modding.
If you`re thinking of the internal scard of your device, the answer is yes. Use the modded the version provided.

Where is American version?Dellu wrote:I have downloaded and installed the American versions. It is working great. Thank you.
For other uses: here is a little information on the Longman Premium dictionary (LDOAE5) in comparison to OALD.
- Both contain a great list of words
- Both work great in offline mode
- Both contain definitions, pronunciations (audio and IPA)
Both have limitations in that they are not exhaustive. If you have an internet connection, Dictionary.com is the most exhaustive source.
For offline use, the OALD still has some advantages over the LDOAE5 because of the full-text search.
Assume you want to check the pronunciations of the word /Italy/. In LDOAE, since the word is not listed, you have no way of checking it. In OALD, however, even if the word is not listed under the main entries, you will find the word listed under the example sentences. You can listen that and learn the pronunciation. For that, OALD is slightly better and more functional.
