When exactly does it say this? Screenshot or screenrecord. Normal operations are fine for me.

Same happens to me.....message with NO CONNECTION when trying identify plants......I went back to previous version. Remember this app is the same developer as PictureThis which now has exactly the same issues....the develiper is doing all against hacked versions. So if you have a working version DONT UPDATE
