you probably misunderstood: it can only run PSX game, but it seems it can read them in PSP format (EBOOT.PBP)

one is a zip the other one is a 7.z and i unziped the .zip one and it says data.bin.ecm and then the .7z the big file is a ccd and there is an ecm and sub but those have zero memory
