To get the BIOS file, go to the Market and download the free "ROM Gripper" (NOT 'ROM Gripper++, that is for other consoles)
Once you have installed ROM Gripper, go to the GBA section, and the GBA BIOS file will be the first option for you to download.
Download this wherever you'd like (But remember where you put it) and it will be a .zip file which you will have to extract
using a file manager such as ASTRO or AndroZip (also available as free versions from the Market).
Once you've extracted "gba.bin" (the actual GBA BIOS), you just need to tell GameBoid where it is via the "Settings" Menu.

If you don't have access to the Market or a ROM Gripper .apk, you can alternatively try this, which should work:
http://www.emuparadise.org/biosfiles/gbabios.rar
You'll have to extract it as above, however, I'm not sure if ASTRO can handle .rar archives. I know AndroZip can.
