Overview: nds4droid is the first Nintendo DS emulator for high-end Android phones (1ghz+ recommended).





Nearly all roms should be working.

List of tested and confirmed working ROMs --
- Star Wars Episode III - Revenge of the Sith
- Pokemon Platinum
- Mario Kart
- Harvest Moon
- Franklin the Turtle

REQUIRES A HIGH END ANDROID DEVICE - If the framerate is slow, it's because your phone is not fast enough for this very heavy emulator.

Roms can take a while to load. For example, the Pokémon rom can take one minute to boot up.

- ROM loading
- Save states
- APP to SD

How to play?
Copy your NDS roms to your SD card and boot up the application. It'll automatically find them. Select your rom and start playing! Make sure the roms are .nds format.

Press the top left button to hide interface elements and use the touch screen.

So many updates but i dont notice much improvements each time.
Keep up the updates and lets wish for faster emulation!
Will this emulator be ever playable on galaxy s ?

Compatibility seems to be pretty good, very impressive. Low framerate will fix itself eventually(although the framerate could be improved on current devices by more efficient coding probably) as processors get faster and faster. I remember the days when the mame emulator could not even run space invaders full framerate on my PC and nowdays it can run at 10000s frames per second.

Galaxy S (Vibrant), Froyo 2.2.1 (OC to 1,2 GHz)

FPS: very low, but game starts
touch controls: not working
touch controls (on screen): fully working
overall: not playable

Okamiden:

NDS4droid has huge potential, I'm waiting for performance improvement
