No, it's the lite version.

What is the information of the MOD?

FYI, latest beta of redream (1.1.84) added support for Windows CE-based Dreamcast games, such as "Sega Rally 2". On Android devices, these games run much better in redream than Flycast.

* Fixed issues when using a launcher.
