I don't have that installed (Freedom) on my Nexus 7, I'll run it and then get back to ya

Edit: Yep, I need it for sure, crap... I assume it's safe to install?

You need root but it's fine to install

Uh, it is rooted with Cyanogmod. I found a working version from another source however.
