Speedier scrolling and animations for show list.
Support direct upgrade from SeriesGuide version 21 (previously: 26) or newer.
If Cloud and trakt are connected, also sync ratings and watched movies from trakt.
If Cloud and trakt are connected, do not remove watched flag from movies when syncing.
Use outline icons where appropriate to fit with new platform design.
Fix disappearing info message when setting movie watched that was on the watchlist.
Prevent crash on Cloud setup screen.
