Fix for comments not showing the correct date in non-us time zones.
Two fixes for 'sort by finished date' for achievements: 1)Achievements finished the same day will sort correctly 2)Achievements not yet completed will be sorted how xboxlive.com shows them.
Fixed a bug where if two or more achievements had the same name they would all be marked with the same flag if you marked just one.
Some behind the scenes stuff to improve how data between the client and server operates
