Yeah noticed the same thing about sleeping (actually switches to ambient mode (screen saver)) on chromecast with google tv, as an interim fix (or bodge up) I turned on "stay awake" in the developer settings.

Needs more work, installed on a 4k firestick and the screen savers constantly activating every 5mins on playback.

App seems to sleep after 15-20 mins on a firestick which makes screen saver kick in

Working fine so far on my Nvidia Shield 2015. No screensaver issues as previous comments have stated on certain Firesticks.

working well on FireStick 4KMax. no issues with screensaver/sleep because i have them both set to 3h
