What's in this version:
Version 17.00 ~ 17.02:
1) New feature to support multiple accounts for multiple companies or businesses.
2) In "Detailed Account", a new filter is introduced for filtering records based on user selected "Account".
3) In "Detailed Account", when user tap on menu item "Tips", a dialog is now used to show tips.
4) Updated to use "Company" as default income/expense/mileage type.
5) New feature of yearly summary and records for "Detailed Account".
