It *IS* unlocked. Tested on my device. It's just that you need internet connection when it runs for the first time!!

It's really NOT FULL.

Test on I9100G.

it's not unlocked on HTC ONE

TIPs:
Needs internet connection for it to unlock paid features
To activate, your IP address has to be from a country where GP paid apps are available for purchase
