Following the Couch to 5K plan, this app times your workout while you listen to your own music. It plays an audio signal when you need to switch your pace.

Pro has background mode, music controller, custom sounds and notifications, and facebook integration.

WHAT'S NEW:
1) By popular request: a new notification option: "Turn around" - rings at the midpoint of the whole workout. If you run one way and back :)
2) Fixed crash (FC) on Gingerbread / Android 2.3 - However, only limited Music Controller support... Sorry guys, Google blocked it.
** If you have Gingerbread / Android 2.3 and downrated the app because of the crash, please consider adjusting your comment and rating *** Thanks!

Thanks for the release, I've used this app, it's really not great. If you start a run and something happens you can't reload it, or skip to a spot, or even just mark it as completed - and it seems to happen more often than not that it gets restarted somehow. A real let down 20 minutes in to a 25 minute run to look down and see it stopped recording the workout and you have no ability to manual mark it as finished. Bluefin's app looks a lot better.
