That does make sense, I'll give it a shot. Incidently, where is that info posted? I just scanned back through the posts to verify I hadn't missed that explanation somewhere in this thread...
In any case, thanks.
For other folks attempting to do this, I assume what you'll need to do is download the big data file and just plop it on the root of your sd card (don't unpack it).
Next, download/install droidwall from the market to block internet access (i believe you must be rooted to use this program unfortunately).
I assume you'll need to toss your phone in airplane mode, install this cracked app and then block it from accessing the internet using droidwall.
Apparently you can then turn airplane mode off, open the app and point it to the downloaded data zip file you put on the root of your sd card. Once it recognizes it, immediately backup the app data using titanium backup.
I'm guessing if the app us ever allowed to get internet access it will invalidate it and to regain access you'll need to block it with droidwall again and then restore the data you backed up with titanium backup.
This probably means you won't be able to save any settings for very long in this app, but then again maybe there really aren't any important settings.
Please correct me if this is wrong btw

Hi i got it working,
just extracted the files to "/sdcard/Android/data/com.zolmo.twentymm/media/" and edited a XML file located on "/data/data/com.zolmo.twentymm/shared_prefs/". In this XML file you have to set IS_FIRST_RUN and IS_MEDIA_EXTRACTED to true.
Cheers

You have to set IS_FIRST_RUN to false, then it works. If IS_FIRST_RUN is true, then it'll be stuck on verifying media. Nice fix though.

I also don't have the /data/data/com.zolmo.twentymm/shared_prefs/ folder. I installed the version in the first post and put the media folder in the correct location. What have I done wrong?

Thanks, I also found the file in that folder. I changed the settings as described, saved, exited (all with root explorer). After that I reopened the file to see if changes had been saved and they were. Then I exited root explorer and opened twentymm app. The app still asks to download the files. After that I went back to that folder in dbdata and it was back to stock status, all changes had been reverted.
Any ideas on what happened?

Well after I edited the xml and saved it then opened the app it was still stuck on verifying files.I went back to xml and my changes were still saved .
So editing the xml did nothing anyway.
So I Have now given up wasting my time on it.
