Requirements: Android 2.1+
Overview: Almost all food contains food additives also known as E Numbers. Most of them are harmless, but some can be a real threat to your health. The purpose of this application is to help you with making smart decisions while shopping and choosing what to eat.
Application includes over 500 food additives with E label + over 50 common food additives which have no E Number assigned. The knowledge of the effect about the additives are compared over different sources and if at least one of them pointed out some side effect then the additive is marked as not safe.
The application displays basic information about the effect with icons: danger level; banned on some counties; not for children; not suitable during pregnancy, allergy threat; vegetarian and vegan information. Besides, a short description is added to every additive. You can search for the information by E number or by name.
The application is free and can also work without internet.
