It doesn't work in my acer liquid !

It's a .rar file , i renamed it to .apk, it shows me the swype icon and i can install and run it but when i try to swype it says that the resolution is wrong

Acer liquid is 800*480 so wvga

Am I right or wrong ?

I am downloading and renaming it from my mobile so I'll retry with a pc...

Do not rename the .rar . Just extract your desired keyboard from it.

Sorry, I dont quite seem to get the list in the first post...

I dl'ed the first and the last link and nowhere can I get a multilanguage swype, correct? It's either a choice from the individual languages or simply english.
The multilanguage 1.56 version linked in this or the other thread gives me an expired trial period...

Personally I'd need english AND german in WVGA so it can run on the Desire Rom of my HD2 ;) (english OR german worked nice btw)

The archive pack for wvga appears to be corrupt. When extracting the individual languages from the pack, the result is CRC errors for EN and ES.

Could you please do the same for the X10 version? Or at least with the Portuguese language. Thank you.

Now if people could please stop requesting individual versions. It just blows up the thread and makes finding actual info difficult. Thank you.

If there was a multilanguague package in three resolutions that would actually make sense.
A multilanguage file means you can switch languages while using swype rather having to uninstall/install a different version of it.

Would it not be as easy as packaging up the respective dictionaries all together with an english base (as in english menu, multi languages selectable)?
