Doesn't this only work on Sprint for the moment?

I just tested it out on my Samsung Fascinate and it appears to be working perfectly. Thank you for sharing! I couldn't wait for someone to rip it out of the Moment.

Works fine on Nexus One with CM 6

afaik vlingo is available for free in the android market. Is this that app or is this something different? I didn't notice a paid version in the market when I looked btw

I don't think that includes the InCar component... something that is BADLY needed...

Yeah I agree. I did some googling bc I was still a bit suspicious of this not appearing in the market. Turns out it's bc it is currently in a closed beta stage limited to sprint (and maybe just the evo). As I suspected, the comments seem to indicate that this beta is still quite buggy. I'm gonna hold off till a more matured version is available. Thanks for the up though, it's nice to have the option to try it if I want.

For those wondering where I got my info, I provided the partial link below. Just add water! Wait... not water, add http:// ...... Water will break your electronics....

"Hey Vlingo" with bluetooth headset connected does nothing.
Music doesn't mute/pause either, anyone else?
Useless at the moment.
Thanks for the upload, looking forward to a more reliable version.

I can confirm that it is working on my Motorola Droid Éclair 2.1 (Rooted) flawlessly !!
The voice commands work, and the Incar function works too. But it needs FroYo 2.2 for Incar (Bluetooth Headset) function to work. But if you're running 2.1, you can always initiate it with a little louder voice over the mic :P AMAZING app. !

Ps. I'm an Etisalat user, which is an Egyptian carrier, so it's not exclusive for EVO and Sprint.

Enjoy it ! 8)

Working perfectly on droid x! Finally I have a viable solution to my tediously slow voice command startup problem.
