Slovenian language also gets DB error. Tried 2.4 and 2.6 versions, renaming,... always can't open DB error.
Need fresh Slovenian files.

i did download it. the counter must not be updated. this was my process

force closed swype
renamed swype.apk to swype.bak
copied your version to /system/app
rebooted
installed swype.apk, application installation was successful but i got force closing on process.com.swype.android.inputmethod. just reporting what i got.

wierd! the counter of swype_multi5_DroidX_Test1_2.4.44.10912.apk says, its not downloaded.
anyways, you can use the Swype_MULTI16_X10_TEST_2.6.47.11856.apk file i posted on the 2.6 thread. it still needs some work for landscape mode, but users reported it to be fully functional on X10 and DroidX.

@mad-murdock: at rapidshare the download counter didn't increase when it was downloaded by a premium user - perhaps it's the same on the hosting service you used? just an idea

anyhow.. does galaxy s stock swype language files work? i won't have access to it until monday, but if it's possible to pull the language files from that apk?

not sure. the friend of mine who got galaxy s told me, he got swype 1.58 in his stock firmware. so no, except you got a more up-to-date swype version

I asked my friend and he says he has 2.6.47. I thought he was fooling me but having seen that version here on the forum it might be possible. Will have an answer tomorrow and hopefully a newer version then

Yes there are, quoting mad-murdock:

Search this forum and check all versions of swype 2.x you can find. With some luck you find one containing polish.

If you don't find anything, also take a look at the windows mobile versions. I can't promise those language files will work, but it's with a try.

Edit: Check this one if it's possible to pull the turkish language. Good luck!

Hey guys. Listen I've been trying to add Croatian language using the tutorial in the first post but it just wont install it. :8. I've been at it for hours. Could someone make it for me or help me somehow? I have Xperia X10.

Manage to insall Croatian/English US but i get database error when i try to swype. . any solutions?
