I'm a beta swype member and I have tried to get support from the admin/dev in the swype beta forum. They don't support tablets the do not provide IMEI so i'm SOL.

Well, obviously 1024x600 is too big, but it seems like 1024x576 is also too big. I'm guessing that Swype also reports the screen resolution as 1024x576 when it displays that error message about incorrect resolution. It seems like there is something different about this screen that I'm not seeing yet.

One thing I can see right away is that the aspect ratio is way off. For some reason the image is being stretched, which leads me to believe that the resolution is not what it says it is. Because, otherwise the image would keep its original aspect.

if it helps. the only way to get the keyboard to show up properly after rotating the tablet is to switch from the Swype kb to the Android kb, and back. when i switch from portrait to landscape, i see this:
