There are two resolutions for the keyboard files. Landscape (LS) and portrait (PT). Pull the necessary files from the multi language package and make the files the same resolution as the files in the base package using Gimp or Photoshop.

my swype version right now is 3.6.84.26668.t100.26701, wich one is more updated?
did i screw up somewhere in the configs?

There are two resolutions for the keyboard files. Landscape (LS) and portrait (PT). Pull the necessary files from the multi language package and make the files the same resolution as the files in the base package using Gimp or Photoshop.

Notice the file /assets/files/SwypeScreen.ini when changing resolutions.

Using SwypeScreen.ini for WVGA854 as an example:

This file contains the designated resolutions for PT and LS and also the name of the file extensions for each type. Notice how the extension for the LS files has changed to WVGA854 (which is set in SwypeScreen.ini). Notice how also the names of the extensions for the PT files has not changed because portrait mode for WVGA854 is the same as it is for just WVGA (both use VGA).

So, for when converting WVGA to WVGA854, only the LS keyboard files need to be changed in resolution.
