Does this version expire? I got the beta email from swiftkey and installed and it has an expires by date of January 7th 2013.

Not all apps are available for all users. Depends on the country. Also here is the rule about this:
Only full versions of software allowed, including freeware. Trial/Lite versions are NOT.
Trial/Lite is a software that is provided to users without payment on a trial basis and is often limited by any combination of functionality, availability or convenience.

Working fine on my 4.1.1 and 4.1.2. Keyboard has potential but not as smooth as Swype, in my opinion.

yes it expired.....so it automatically disables a couple features like "flow" and predictive text without that it's like you're blind typing....anyone know how to remove the expiration?

I'd have to agree with that...back to Swype for me then. I found this kept failing to pop up on Go SMS each time I tried to type messages...very frustrating!

Well so far this keyboard seems to be working out great. No errors in any app especially go sms the pro.
I don't seem to get any sort of lag on my Samsung note 2 running 4.1.1. I would give swype a shot but have had bad experiences with it.

The predictions with SwiftKey4 is really good. This is my recommendation for great keyboards now
