you should change your sig. 4.0.x is ICS. 4.1.1 and 4.2.0 and 4.2.1 are jellybean :)

on topic: can anyone tell me if the new version of swype still uses Dragon? and if so, is there offline voice input like the stock voice typing in jellybean?
i like swiftkey flow for the easy acess to the offline voice input, but the swyping on it sucks really bad compared to swype.

hah
shows you how long ago I put it on there for newbs to read and reference!
;)
the only problem is that you are limited to characters, and I've used 149 / 150 characters... so to hard to fit in!

yes, I have swift key, but find nothing special about it. I also bought SlideIt v3 some time ago, before Swype. SlideIt is now up to version 5.1 and have some brilliant features.

yes Dragon is in latest v1.3.

Problem #1 / 1: Since some recent update, the full stop is not visible when in the characters area. so to write a version number, you must go: symbols, back, . , symbols, . , symbols, etc..... very frustrating!

this occurs on the tablet - Sony S or something (forget model, 32GB storage, 24 GB available) but not so bad on phone - Samsung Galaxy S2 i9100.

Try SlideIt 5.1. Try Swype 3. Try Swype 4. Try Swype beta 1.3x.

Cheers!

thanks for the info!

the dragon in the last version of swype only works when you have mobile data (connected to Internet), right?

I'm so spoiled by the new google voice typing that downloads your language info so you can use voice typing without having to connect to the internet.

"Thousands time better" .. Seems a little exagerated .. :) .. in my case swype give me better predictions, specially on small words ("we", "on".. etc) and have the capacty of entering multiple letter by "circling" on a letter giving me less errors than in Flow.
=> I suppose the next version of flow will integrate some tweaking, improving the prediction engine.

I find that the google voice recognition included in 4.1.2 (without Data connection) is pretty good, the automatic detection (multiple langage) do not works very well for me, i suppose that it depends on the choosen lgngages.
Was not using it when it was only working in "connected" mode, i use it a lot more now.

Thanks for the effort but can't even download the second file, have to wait an hour because it says I've reached the maximum download limit for the hour. uploaded.net is horrible.
