Do not work after update to Android 9 (galaxy tab s3)

In https://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=282863 we can found a 2.0.0 tablet version that should be compatible with Android 9 but I could not download nor register (Captcha are impossible to read for a non russian)

Could someone get that version for us?
