Microsoft Hyperlapse Mobile v1.0.9
Requirements: 4.4+
Overview: Say goodbye to long videos that no one watches, and hello to Microsoft Hyperlapse.

Image Image

Microsoft Hyperlapse is a new technology that creates smooth and stabilized time lapses from first-person videos.
Want to show your friends what you saw on that 12-mile hike you took last weekend, or let them experience how it felt to fly down the mountain on your recent ski trip? With Microsoft Hyperlapse, you can time lapse those experiences, distilling them into easily consumable, enjoyable experiences.
Features:
• Instant gratification: Capture the video, see the hyperlapse. It’s that simple.
• Import existing video: The other option: With Microsoft Hyperlapse Mobile, you can create a hyperlapse of any video you’ve already shot on your phone, instead of moving to a special application and shooting a video just for hyperlapsing.
• Multiple speeds: You get to choose whether you want to save in 2, 4, 8, 16 or 32 times the normal speed – or all of the above!
• Selfie lapses: Let your friends see your face – sped up of course - while you take your first skydiving lesson or fly through the jungle on a zipline.
• Share: It’s easy to post your hyperlapses on popular social media and video sites.

It's beta. Doesn't work on my phone or tablet, always freezes while saving the video. Thanks for the share anyway:)

Yes yes I know. But one has to try. Both my devices are Samsung, Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 and Galaxy K Zoom, one runs CM11 and the other Android 4.4.2. Sometimes things work, without trying, we will won't know. You know there are THOUSANDS of phones. When they state on what phones it works, usually it's on some that they have tested only, not all the phones on the market.. impossible task. In fact the app captures video well and renders the preview perfectly. Can even play with the speeds preview speeds. The only issue is not rendering the final video it previewed without any issues. This is not a fundamental issue with the app's main core, only the rendering engine. Hopefully Microsoft will tackle it.. but being it's Microsoft, who knows, haha..

Anyway, thanks again for the share:)

It is always worth a try. As such, I can confirm that this works on my Oneplus One w/ CyanogenOS12. Recorded a video, previewed it, saved it, and even shared it from the app. No problems.

Very cool. For sure this will work on other hardware as well. I was hoping I would be lucky too having a fairly recent Snapdragon 800 on my Hardware, but no cigar. Thanks for the feedback:)

Crashes the moment I stop recording on the S5 running 5.1.1. Spinning at 0% forever when trying to save in 4.4.2 and 5.0.
