Requirements
• Works on phones and tablets running Android 4.4+ KitKat and above
• Photo Sphere and Panorama require a gyro sensor (not available on Moto G)
• Photo Sphere, Panorama, and Lens Blur require at least 1 gigabyte of memory
• Android L Developer Preview (LPV79) users: Google Camera app will not work on this early preview build. Only final factory system images are supported.

seems not work on 5.0.2

this apk dont include any lib. Is extrated from Android M directly without them, so dont expect to work. You need the proper libs from Android M too. Working fine once you copy on lib/arm folder the correct libs, like the new launcher, Play Services and some others apps

I'm not sure why this incomplete app was posted here with missing libraries.
Here's what's needed for full functionality in /system/lib from the preview image of this update:
