Uploads
Automatically auto upload your photos to Google Photos to back them up. Bulk upload photos by sharing them with the pFolio uploader. Set caption and keywords on uploads. Auto upload from a specific directory to avoid the stuff you don't need.

In May, 2016, Google switched all Picasa users to Google Photos. This app will work with your Picasa photos that have been migrated to Google Photos.
