They're cunts for now making it OS v4+ only.
Considering how much effort Android spend on the Google Play app, wouldn't they want to be better than Apple App Store, and allow users on olderOS's to download the latest version for that OS???

How fucking simple would that be to code!? They keep a copy of every APK on their server from every developer...
