It is. But it's for people who do not have access to the market. Also, it serves as a nice way for us to find older app versions should we need them.

Absolutely...
We are barred by Google from downloading stuff from the market here in Syria... and this is the only alternative for us...
So thank you jimking and everybody else for giving us alternative download options, please keep up for both Free and cr*cked stuff... I love this place
