Excellent, could someone please tell me, when I use a VPN to change my IP address, a site that a need for my studying that blocked me, finds me on other IP addresses on different pc's even though I'm creating a new account, why?

Try clearing you browser data (cookies..) and enable a new ip through vpn and see if it works, if not you should change something in your pc fingerprints or at least your pc session's name

Maybe because the app doesn't protect from a webrtc bug which can leak your real ip, you can check it using ipkeak. Net or. Com I guess

Mate it doesnt leak Ip adress.No webrtc bug.used 3 diff locations and my original ip adress was not shown.Checked using ipleak.

Tried ipleak. net on WiFi > no ip leak
Tried it on 4G network > ip leak

BTW I use Opera browser

Checked ipleak. It still says France but FranceTVpluzz says I'm not in France. No such problem with other free/premium VPN apps I've tried (and I've tried many).

Do not use opera, it has native ip.
Use stock browser instead.
