Operators normally give users routers weak encryption algorithms, checks WiFiPwner is a router that has this vulnerability and provide the password of wifi network so you can check this problem.
NOTE: It has to work 100% of the users are gradually changing the default keys of your routers and operators (rarely) updated the algorithm.
It is an application to check the safety of your own connection, is not to go out there hacking wireless networks is a crime!
