I've read on a website a possible solution for filesonic (or whatever is the damn site that lets you download .htm files):
try to use Dolphin HD, when you click "Start download" you should have a window asking you the name of the file you want to save, it'll be example.htm. Instead of saving it and trying to change the extension later (it never works), try to change the extension before it starts the download.. haven't tried it tho, lemme know

I find it ironic that a site that gets all its volume from offering pirated software is charging for access to pro features.

Especially when Installous, Applanet, and Blapkmarket isn't charging a $20 a year premium to download it directly to their phone. I appreciate this site, but I'll have to respectfully decline their app.

Its stupid really having an app that most who use it, can't, because most keep uploading to sites that won't work on mobiles.

I am finding the app is not all ways getting the real download it will get a ANDROID_NL.APK or rar and in movies it grabs random files from time to time like part3.rar and there is no parts. Also can you make it to where we can see the file names descriptions on the DL link like qvga etc...
a download progress bar under notifications would be great to..

Other than that for a first release this app is great.

If it downloads the wrong file with premium press download again and the second time it will download the correct one. Its a cache issue on dowwi's side, we hope to have it fixed soon. A download progress bar has been completed and will be included in the next version. If you have bug reports please pm them to sanyiii.

It's kinda fun that only the VIP guy gets an answer, everybody else is not. Im still stuck with this app.

I still cant download files after tried "Download hack" in astro filemanager, also tried the "download all files" - I keep getting htm files all the time. I love the new app, if it would work

Also tried a few other browsers than stock, like xscope and opera, still jujst downloading htm files. Can anyone help me?

I use skyfire browser and don't have a problem On most hosts even before app. Try that but some hosts don't get mobile. And use skyfire in desktop mode.


but yes please app uploaders please add mediafire or hotfile sources. They are much kinder to mobile downloaders.

useless app as long as this filehosts are used, maybe better to move the app into a private forum for VIP premium users only.

Idk what everyone is crying bout. Its a great app. $20 for a year of direct downloads from the majority of filehosts used here on Mobilism. Im going to throw some $ toward that. It also come with

Only htm files, the most ironic is that the people over here are pirates who want to earn money out of others hard work by hosting the cracks at sites who give them money for every XXXXX download.
No probs with pirating as i dont have a credit card, but making money out of it is just the world upside-down...
They crack other peoples hard work and than demand that no one is allowed to mirror it :lol

+1 - program is 100% useless with the hosts unless you want to pay for the service. mediafire and megaupload used to work for me also..

I second that tested Firefox mobile it will download the files on freeservers. So there is a fix so everyone should be able download the files.
