Description
AdAway is a utility used to manage hostfile entries; your phone must be rooted to use this app. AdAway doesn't directly block ads; it limits unwanted ads by blocking servers that distribute those ads to websites. Modifying hostfile entries is also useful in blocking ads on some Android apps.

So there is a brief explanation of what the file is and its actual first lines displayed. Now you could check if and when AdAway is applied even without having a third party file editor installed in your device. Otherwise, the button to open the hosts file is still available at the bottom of the screen.

This is a Development version from the XDA Developers Forum, you can tell by the date (180509) at the end that it was released today and the final official version will have 'Final' in the release name.

Thanks! I was not aware there was a beta version of Adaway available! I'll give this a try!

All those links you use these late months are horrible,only uploadocean and ul work,the new you just added droiduploads always keeps returning to start page,youre the major releaser here and use mobilism daily so please update your download sites to better more reliable and fast.

I've found my solution to downloading from douploads. Use vpn and connect to ukrain, then you can download from up4earn and douploads. Trust me it's the easiest way you will get.
