Kept on getting Unexpected Error as well. On Gingerbread 2.3.7. I thought it might be this specific "patch" so I tried installing the free version. Unexpected Errors still sppeared. Guess the actual app itself has a problem then.

Absolutely the same experience on Samsung Galaxy Note with Gingerbread 2.3.6
